How?

System Collaboration means collaboration in every phase; from realizing that the current way of working is not good enough and on. True collaboration in any human system, needs also to be transparent, which means that the first phase, when realizing that we need to change the way of working, need to be transparent as well.

By gathering the organizational problems from all parts of the organization in a transparent way, we will have a common understanding all over the organization. This means that no matter where in the organization the problems are found, from top management all the way down to implementing teams, everybody will understand that the found roots to all these problems, are the same, since the problems are connected like a network.

This cooperation continues by together finding out a solution, that will erase all organizational problems, and together also make the implementation of it. Always fully transparent of course. Another way to continue is when realizing that there are too many root causes, commonly found in for example large-scale agile implementations, meaning that an implementation of TDSD, see below, instead is recommended to be done directly.

SysColl have all the education material, presentations and methods needed, to achieve the how, where the material of course can be tailored according to the need of the organization. Anyhow, the material is always backed up by the existing science as fundament, where the latter also is an important part regarding the understanding, i.e., why it works.

Up until today, SysColl consists of three different methods, where no one is more prescriptive than needed, only to the point that the needed science with the needed principles and theories are fulfilled:

SPPA - Systemic Problem Picture Analysis

SPPA collects all the different problems all over the organization, connects them, and finds their root causes. SPPA can be used in any context (which automatically also means for any domain).

SOSD - Systemic Organizational Systems Design

SOSD is a method that eliminates the problems found in the organization. This indirectly means a re-design of the existing way of working, so that is fulfilling all the needed science, and by that is free from root causes. SOSD is valid for any context, but focus is mainly on the complex and complicated context of product development and any domain therein.

TDSD for software - Test-Driven Systems Design for software

TDSD is a truly scalable method for big software development, based on science, making it able to be both structured and flexible when making big software systems.
